Dispute Resolution
If you have a concern please contact the Support Services Team who will endeavour to assist you on 1800 886 896. If we are unable to fully address your concern we ask you to lodge a formal complaint in writing. We commit to responding to you within 24 hours. The Team Leader of the Support Services Team will respond in writing to the customer in an attempt to address and rectify any concerns. If you are still dissatisfied, the Operations Manager will assist you in an attempt to finally resolve.
