The CTC annually reviews all members to ensure that standards of service are upheld. Jetset Norwood is one of few solely appointed Canada Specialist agencies in South Australia. As a member, our team receives extensive education and training on Canadian product and destinations plus regular updates on new products and upcoming events.

The programme encourages staff to travel to Canada to experience first hand the products, services and destinations we recommend to our clients. Team members have travelled to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba.

Jetset Norwood has a wonderful alliance and great relationships with a large number of local and Canadian suppliers specialising in Canada.
