Hi, I'm Michael Pound and my love affair with travel started over 20 years ago. After several years of consulting and extensive travel to many corners of the globe, I opened the doors to Jetset Norwood in 2001 and am the manager and one of the proud owners of this award-winning Agency.

One of my great loves is the spectacular and diverse country of Canada and has resulted in at least a dozen trips over the last few years, both for personal travel as well as escorting a range of custom designed Small Group Journeys.

I also specialise in Africa and have arranged many holidays and group tours which have showcased the wildlife and culture of this great continent.

As manager of the wonderful team at Jetset Norwood, I am able to combine my love of travel with my passion for training, ensuring that our consultants' knowledge is up to date and they can provide you with professional service and the best advice at all times.

Bonjour. My name is Neil Moreton. In my position as director at Jetset Norwood, I saw the need to have a team member focus primarily on marketing the award winning agency, its terrific team, its products and the development of new ways to attract and retain business.

Mel Proeve - Travel Supervisor

Hi, I'm Mel Proeve and being an "Adelaide Hills" girl at heart, my love of the outdoors drew me to the travel industry. I specialise in School and Sporting Groups, Coach Touring, Canada and New Zealand and I would love to share my personal knowledge and experience with you.

Graduating as Dux of my class in my travel studies inspired a passion for training which was rewarded when I was named South Australia's Jetset Consultant of the Year in 2008.

I have trained and travelled extensively in Canada and New Zealand and I know the best places to enjoy a whole host of outdoor activities.

School and Sporting Groups are my specialty and I have sent many groups ranging from 5 to 85 people all around the world. Meeting with the groups at their school or club is one of the most enjoyable and fulfilling parts of my job.

As a Coach Touring expert, I can ensure that I match the right people with the right tours.

Chloe Kenny - Travel Consultant

Hi, I'm Chloe Kenny and I joined the Jetset Norwood in 2010. Growing up in the country made going on holiday so exciting and exotic, especially if it involved snow! I have never lost the level of excitement and I'd love to help make your next trip the best it can be.

I fell in love with snow on my first trip to Mount Buller and since then I have returned to the snow almost every year - Mount Hotham being my favourite.

My love for the snow took me to Canada where I worked in Lake Louise and Big White before moving to Vancouver Island. It was hard to leave the beautiful country of Canada, but the lure of the snowfields was so great I went to New Zealand to work in Queenstown.

Todd Gackle - Home Based Travel Consultant

Hi, I'm Todd Gackle and after working in the UK for over 5 years and travelling extensively throughout Europe, I have an in-depth knowledge of European travel. I have also developed a real interest in Canada and its myriad of attractions and activities.

After completing my travel studies I decided to go adventuring and went on a working holiday to London for 5 years which allowed me to really explore Europe in depth. I love its diversity with sophisticated and bustling cities, historic precincts and the proximity of so many different cultures.

I am also fascinated by the adventurous side of destinations such as Africa which I have been fortunate enough to visit. This interest in adventure and open spaces has led to a real focus on Canada which offers many diverse landscapes and activities.

Nick Lowes - Travel Consultant

Hey there! My name is Nick Lowes and after completing my studies, I started a career in travel with Jetset Norwood in 2010. I like to spend my spare time playing soccer and golf, watching ice hockey and of course travelling at every opportunity, especially to the USA.

My love of Rail travel has led me to become a recognised Rail Expert with an extensive and in-depth knowledge of International and Domestic Rail travel.

Within Australia I have travelled to many East Coast cities, including the Gold Coast where of course there were several visits to the fantastic Theme Parks.

The great outdoors also offers some great opportunities for summer activities like Fly Fishing in Tasmania, Howqua, Goulburn and Thredbo Rivers.

I also love the tropics of the Maldives but Bali is my ultimate destination as a child friendly place with a magical culture, lovely people, shopping galore as well as more active pursuits like surfing and diving.

Hi, my name is Anna Byrne. As a mother of two teenagers, I work between school hours on a part time basis. Jetset Norwood gives me the flexibility to do this and have been working here since the agency opened in 2001.

I am of Italian descent and have travelled through many European countries, most of which was done by train and ferry. Although I have travelled extensively throughout Europe and USA, my specialty these days lies in Canada.
