Hello, I'm Kaye. I've been in the travel industry for more than 17 years and am now the proud owner of Jetset Hyde Park!

I have been travelling since I began working, saving my pay just to travel. I did my first trip at age 17 to Tasmania. But I grew up watching Disney on Sunday nights and always wanted to go to Disneyland. So in 1978 I headed off to make my dream a reality. I arrived on 31 October - Halloween. I loved walking through the front gates of Disneyland and seeing the huge floral Mickey Mouse looking back at me! I still get a kick out of Disneyland and have been five times.

I am also passionate about cruising and am an ICCA Master Cruise Consultant having passed my exams in 2006. When you take a cruise you can be as busy or as relaxed as you want - and you only unpack once! When my husband and I cruise, we can each do different activities through the day but still catch up with each other for drinks & meals.

Gail Russo - Marketing & Business Development Manager

I'm Gail and I began my travel career in my home state of Connecticut in the USA 30 years ago. In 1984 I joined Jetset Leigh Street in Adelaide and have worked in various Jetset offices ever since - Jetset is a company I'm passionate about!

With the sale of Jetset Hyde Park to Kaye & her husband, Brian, my role has moved in an exciting new direction - I will be working on marketing which includes online development of this website as well as our Experience Africa website (which is presently a work in progress). I will, of course, continue to handle travel bookings for my corporate and leisure travellers as well as working on specialized group tour departures.

In recent years much of my personal travel is spent travelling to the USA to visit my family. But I have also had vacations in Egypt & Israel, India and Asia in addition to spending many weeks travelling the USA & Canada by car. I think self drive in North America is the very best way to experience the cities, towns & natural wonders and to meet the locals -it's not all LA and New York, you know! My personal travel obsession is Africa and I visited again in late 2009. On the way I also visited Reunion Island, a small gem of an island in the Indian Ocean. Hello, I'm Mike. I have been in the airline and travel industry for 14 years, working in several different roles and have been at Jetset Hyde Park since 2005. I have travelled many corners of the globe and love sharing my experiences and stories with others. I am also an aviation and cruise industry buff and love the chance to answer questions about the different aircraft types or the different cruise liners.

Canada is one of my favorite destinations and I've visited and cruised there many times. In 2009 I had my first ever White Christmas in Edmonton - with temperature dropping to -42c on Christmas night it was certainly the opposite to my usual Adelaide Christmas!

Cruising is another love of mine and I have been on 34 cruises in different parts of the world. In 2007 I obtained my International Cruise Council of Australasia Master Cruise Consultant qualification.
