Terms & Conditions: 1. Treat gift cards like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. 2. Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise or services at participating stores only. For a list of participating stores, please contact the customer service desk on 1 300 783 797 during business hours. 3. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts. 4. Gift cards must be redeemed before the expiry date shown on the card. 5. Gift cards will be void and may not be redeemed after the expiry date. 6. Gift cards expire 12 months from the date of issue. 7. Gift cards cannot be reloaded and you may not consolidate the balances of several gift cards onto a new gift card. 8. Gift cards are partially redeemable. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this gift card will not be refunded or credited. 8. Where the cost of purchase exceeds the available gift card balance, you will be required to pay the difference by another payment method. 9. You are responsible for the use and safety of your gift card. You are liable for all transactions on your gift card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees. 10. Any complaints about goods or services purchased with a gift card must be resolved directly with the store concerned. 11. Gift cards can be credited with any amount between $20 and $2000. Upon issuance, the value and expiry date will be added to the back panel of the gift card. 12. Contact your nearest Jetset Travel store if you have any reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to your Jetset Travel Gift Card. 13. Purchase or use of this Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use. 14. We reserve the right to cancel any gift card or the gift card program for any reason at any time without notice. In these circumstances, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. 15. You can check your available gift card balance by calling 1300 553 380. 16. We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time.
