Jordan Dittloff - Owner/Manager

Jordan Dittloff is the owner and manager of the business. A young face within the industry, Jordan quickly realized that he had found what he wanted to do as a career, and 12 months after completing his 3 month probation and 9 month traineeship, began the process of purchasing the business. 

Jordan is a cruising specialist, and has devoted many hours of additional training to hone his knowledge in this field. Jordan has completed the Academy programs for P&O and Princess Cruises, and has also completed the International Cruise Council of Australasia training to become a certified cruise expert.

Sue Dittloff - Senior Travel Consultant

Sue Dittloff ("mother of Jordan!" she is quick to point out with a laugh), has over 30 years experience working in the travel industry, both in a consulting and training role. Sue has been sending clients to every part of the world imaginable for so many years, there are few places she hasn't had a booking for! Syria, Iran, Cuba, Iraq, and countless more destinations are all met with a steady hand and the genuine care for her clients which has earned her 30 years of repeat customers.

Sue is Jetset Travel Colac's groups specialist, and organizes half a dozen school trips each year, both within Australia and overseas. She can help you make your group tour or excursion memorable, successful, and most importantly hassle free.

Charmaine Hopgood - International Travel Consultant

Charmaine Hopgood has over 10 years of experience in travel, and two years after having her youngest child, the desire to return to the industry she loves was overwhelming. Charmaine's own young family has given her newfound insight into the trials and tribulations of "The Family Holiday", and her own extensive travelling experience complements this well.

Carsten Balzer

A shorter list would be where Carsten hasn’t been! Since the Captain Cook Cruise when Jordan and Carsten met, Carsten has been the “godfather” of Jetset Travel Colac’s cruise business, encouraging the team to become cruise specialists and grow Colac’s cruise business first from outside and then from inside the business working from his home office in Melbourne. Carsten loves a challenge and is a master of independent touring itineraries with that something a little bit special!

Lori Baldwin

The newest addition to the Jetset Travel Colac team, Lori will be your domestic holiday consultant extraordinare! Domestic airfares, cancellation insurance, accommodation, packages, theme parks, Topdeck, APT, and much, much more are all Lori’s specialty, and she can’t wait to assist you and learn as you do!
