Legal Contract
Stella Travel Services Pty Limited (ABN 84 003 237 296) trading as Jetset Travel, a licensed travel agent and member of the Travel Compensation Fund, Licence No 2TA 002558 NSW ("Jetset Travel", and "We"). Jetset Travel includes its subsidiaries, related body corporates, associated entities and its franchised agents (if any).
"You" means any user of this site and includes any person who receives a Service (whether or not that Service was acquired by another person);
"Service" means making this site and any software associated with it available to you and providing a facility to enter into transactions with third parties, whose details and products and services appear on this site.
